Integrity

Examine your self by all your actions,

By which parts you give to little factions

And do your values morph to abstractions

When they vex your favored way?

Are you principled or merely moral?

Make pursuit of peace or chase the quarrel?

What your chosen course when o'er a barrel?

Do your virtues go or stay?

Do beliefs matter unless effected?

When spoken only, are they rendered dead?

Would you be trusted, or be rejected?

Your choice will carry the day.
